During the Tet holiday, to ensure smooth operation of goods flow, Ship60 would like to announce our holiday schedule for the Lunar New Year of 2024 as follows:
Holiday: from Thursday, February 8, 2024 to Wednesday, February 14, 2024 (from the 29th of the Lunar Calendar to the 5th of the Lunar Calendar)
Return to work: from Thursday, February 15, 2024 (the 6th of the Lunar Calendar)
The process of packaging and delivering goods during the holiday will be arranged as follows to ensure smooth flow of goods:
Receive goods until the end of February 6, 2024
Packaging and delivery until the end of February 7, 2024.
All incoming and outgoing orders during the holiday will be processed by Ship60 starting from February 15, 2024.
Shipping Company Holiday Schedule
SPX, Viettel Post, and Ninja Van will begin their Tet holiday and stop accepting shipments on Thursday, February 8, 2024 (29th of the Lunar Calendar). Viettel Post will stop accepting shipments starting from Monday, February 5, 2024 (26th of the Lunar Calendar).
Giao Hang Nhanh, Vietnam Post Nhanh, Vietnam Post Tiết Kiệm, and J&T Express will begin their Tet holiday on Friday, February 9, 2024 (30th of the Lunar Calendar).
Some shipping companies such as Grab Express, SPX Instant, Be Delivery, and Ahamove will continue to operate and accept shipments during the Tet holiday.
All shipping companies will resume operations and accept shipments on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 (5th of the Lunar Calendar).
Shopee E-commerce Platform Holiday Schedule
Shopee will suspend its payment service from the 29th of the Lunar Calendar to the 3rd of the Lunar Calendar. Customer service will still be available during the holiday period, but response times will be limited from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from the 29th to the 3rd of the Lunar Calendar and from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM the following day on the 4th of the Lunar Calendar.
Sellers should note that orders placed on February 6, 2023 (27th of the Lunar Calendar) must be handed over to the shipping company by February 8, 2023 (29th of the Lunar Calendar). Orders placed on February 7, 2024 (28th of the Lunar Calendar) must be handed over to the shipping company by February 14, 2024 (5th of the Lunar Calendar).

Notes for Sellers During the Tet Holiday
Sellers should take note of the holiday schedules for e-commerce platforms and shipping companies to avoid delays in order fulfillment, especially during the peak Tet season. Sellers should:
Plan flexible delivery schedules based on the holiday schedules of businesses and shipping companies. Avoid delivering goods close to Tet to prevent overloading and ensure timely delivery.
Notify customers about the delivery schedule during Tet.
Synchronize your sales system with Ship60’s OMS system to automate the order processing and fulfillment process.
Check inventory levels and configurations to ensure uninterrupted customer purchases during Tet.
Closely monitor or update information from the Ship60 system to stay informed about delivery schedules and provide timely customer service.
